1 ) Applications>Add/Remove
2 ) Apply for Simple Backup Restore & Simple Backup Config or
3 ) In terminal : sudo apt-get install sbackup


3 ) System>Administration>Simple Backup Config


4 ) Click on Backup Now!

5 ) To restore simply click on System>Administration>Simple Backup Restore.
